Job Scope: Selected interior rooms, and complete re-staining of exterior shingles and painting of exterior trim.

Notes: This home, with all its diverse angles proved to be a challenge to access. The exterior was pressure washed using an environmentally friendly cleaner to remove mildew and grime, which was much more effective than pressure washing alone. The interior rooms were redecorated using sharp contrasts between bright whites and deep tones.

Paint used: Exterior: Sherwin Williams Woodscapes Solid Color Acrylic Stain and Superpaint Acrylic Satin. Interior: Sherwin Williams Superpaint.
