Job Scope: Provided a complete repaint of both Interior and
Exterior.

Notes: Exterior siding and trim was pressure washed. Then it was stained, using a mildewcide additive to combat severe mildew problem typical of the neighborhood. The Interior included detailed custom painting with multiple colors in each room. Picture box trim in hallways were painted to contrast with dark background colors. Trim was painted a creamy color throughout, specially mixed to match customer taste. We provided a great amount of point up work to fix stress cracks and poorly installed drywall.

Paint used: Sherwin Williams Solid Color Acrylic Stain, Superpaint Interior, & Everclean.
